Next time check on your loaves every 10-15 minutes after pouring in the mold, just put your hands on the sides, and if it feels hot to you, stick it in the fridge for a couple hours. It will fully gel, but won't crack. The problem is that the center got way too hot too fast, so the edges didn't have time to gel before cracking. Ty.
